Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation practices.
Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Manage inventory, monitor food and beverage costs, and control waste.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and coordination.
Prepare and submit financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.

Qualifications
