Restaurant AGM | Iconic Atlanta Venue

Location : Atlanta, GA

Salary : $70,000–$75,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re searching for a Senior Restaurant Manager to help lead one of Atlanta’s most beautiful dining experiences. Located on the grounds of a renowned cultural attraction, this restaurant combines hospitality excellence with seasonal menus and a tranquil dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

Assist the GM in overseeing daily FOH / BOH operations

Lead service teams with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Support guest experience, labor and cost control, and employee training

Maintain brand standards for appearance, conduct, and communication

Requirements :

3+ years of leadership experience in upscale or full-service dining

Calm demeanor, professional image, and high attention to detail

Must pass background check and complete an in-person assessment

Strong team leadership and guest service orientation

This role is based in Atlanta, with all interviews taking place on site. With a new restaurant set to open on the property, there is strong potential for advancement for the right candidate.
