Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is searching for a Guest Service Agent to join the team. The coastal retreat with breathtaking views is situated along the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course overlooking the sunny shores of La Jolla. The property boasts almost 40,000 square feet of event space, 2 food and beverage offerings, and 394 guest rooms. Our team members love being a part of our award-winning culture. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably within the hotel industry. They should have a flexible schedule, be proficient with computer systems, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Shift Pattern : Open availability required, weekends and holidays are required

The hourly rate : $19

What will I be doing? As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
