Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the centralized job description library
Partner with business leaders to create and price new jobs and conduct audits for compliance
Respond to team member inquiries regarding compensation programs and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, mathematics, or related field preferred
Zero to two years of hands-on related experience in a corporate HR department
Prior compensation experience is a plus
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
