Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler B to support electronic and mechanical assembly operations. This position involves assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components while following established quality and workmanship standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components using through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) techniques
Perform mechanical and PCB assembly following work instructions and drawings
Use manual and automated soldering tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment
Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with IPC or J-STD-001 standards
Identify and resolve basic assembly issues, escalating concerns when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
Job Requirements
J-STD-001 certification preferred but not required
Ability to identify electronic components (through-hole and SMT)
Basic understanding of mechanical and PCB assembly processes
Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision

Seated and standing work may be required
