Clinical Assistant

Help at Home is Hiring a Clinical Assistant! This role will be fully remote in Indiana with a competitive hourly rate of $21 / hour. The Clinical Assistant will organize patient care and treatments by including all members of the patient's care team. They will assist RN Case Managers in duties such as care coordination, order tracking, filing, and HHA education. We are looking for someone detail oriented and someone looking to be a part of a team.

Qualifications

• CMA / QMA preferred
• Two years’ experience in care coordination
• Preferred two years’ experience with chart
• Auditing preferred Knowledge of service
• Regulations and process Ability to exercise
• Independent judgment.
• Phone / computer experience.
• Ability to demonstrate above accuracy attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Ability to read and interpret medical record data for chart audit.
