We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Manager specializing in distribution, fulfillment, and warehousing to join our client's esteemed team.

This pivotal role entails overseeing and optimizing all aspects of distribution, fulfillment, and warehousing operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services.

Focus :

• Lead and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize distribution, fulfillment, and warehousing operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of distribution centers and warehouses, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Champion initiatives to enhance inventory management practices, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory levels while ensuring product availability.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence within the distribution and fulfillment teams, promoting adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of operations professionals, fostering their professional growth and development.

Skill Set

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in distribution, fulfillment, and warehousing operations, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing best practices and driving operational excellence in distribution, fulfillment, and warehousing operations.
• Strong analytical financial, and P&L skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and other relevant operational tools.
