Our client is seeking a CRM / Product Owner with a Salesforce focus to help shape the future of their Salesforce and Marketing Technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business translating ideas into practical solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
As part of the Digital and Technology team, youll collaborate with departments across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to drive improvements, manage product roadmaps, and deliver meaningful enhancements across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) and connected marketing systems.
This is a Direct Hire / FTE role, onsite in Austin with the team.

- Partner with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver CRM and MarTech capabilities that align with company goals.
- Manage and refine a dynamic product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria clearly reflect business needs and technical feasibility.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Guide the implementation of new features and integrations that connect Salesforce with third-party marketing tools.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud releases, identifying opportunities to enhance platform functionality.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and assist with rollout communication and user training.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and QA teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure platform stability.
What you need to be successful :
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.Familiarity with Salesforce-connected marketing or sales tools such as data enrichment or form builder applications.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business objectives and technical requirements.Proven experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Adaptable and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative workplace.Nice to Haves :
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Marketing Cloud certification.35 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Salesforce / MarTech-focused position.Background in the financial services industry is a plus.Understanding of software development lifecycles, CI / CD pipelines, and test automation processes.Exposure to marketing optimization techniques such as A / B testing or customer journey analytics.
