🏢 Executive Project Manager – Commercial Solar Location :

• Maryland / DC / Virginia (Mid-Atlantic Region) Company : Solar Gaines Industry : Commercial Solar / Electrical / Construction Type : Full-time Salary : $120,000 – $140,000 / year Schedule : Monday to Friday 🔧 Key Responsibilities Supervise project managers, employees, and contractors for large commercial solar construction projects.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical plans.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor labor efficiency, code compliance, and enforce safety standards (OSHA knowledge required).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and change orders.
• Perform takeoffs and estimate generation based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to verify project scope and estimate accuracy.
• Conduct preliminary site inspections and safety assessments.
• Respond to client questions and revise designs as needed. ✅ Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5+ years in Project Management within Solar / Electrical / Construction sectors.
