A law firm seeks a mid / senior associate to join its Technology Public M&A team in Boston. Duties

  • Participate in M&A transactions involving public companies.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of M&A and transactional experience.

  • Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
