Evening Receptionist
Key Responsibilities : Greeting and Assisting Visitors : Warmly welcome visitors and guests to the premises, providing information and assistance as needed.
Ensure visitors sign in and out, maintaining security protocols. Answering Phone Calls : Professionally handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the relevant parties. Administrative Support : Perform various administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and databases.
Operating Office Equipment : Operate office equipment including telephones, computers, photocopiers, and fax machines proficiently.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate repairs as necessary. Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
