Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Wellness Advisor / Sales Associate to join our team! As the Wellness Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales and provide superior customer service. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the studio. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, high-performance sales track record, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities :
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and in-studio salesMeet monthy sales goalsBook quality appointmentsWelcome guests and prospective membersProvide studio tours for prospective membersRespond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via emailBe knowledgeable about products and programMaintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk areaEstablish relationships with members and prospective members.Accurately record client information and accept paymentsSchedule classes and appointmentsManage incoming and outgoing correspondenceEnsure studio rules and systems are followedQualifications :
Excellent sales skillsFriendly and professional dispositionAn affinity and passion for health and fitnessTwo or more years of sales, customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong work ethicProficient with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling softwareAttention to detail and highly organizedAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
