Candidates must be able to :

• Show strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members
• Commitment to excellence and team success
• Have a positive and self-motivated disposition, with the desire to learn and grow professionally
• Maintain  high standards  of cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor and ensure the company standard operating procedures are met
• Work a station (all chefs in the group do)
• Work with open availability
