Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a residential property in Willowbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes. This is a long-term contract position that requires on-site presence.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and manage lease agreements and associated documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading lease agreements, paying close attention to grammar and details.
- Handle routine administrative duties, including data entry, email management, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
- Utilize software such as Yardi Breeze for lease administration and property management tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support the property management team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems to streamline workflow.
The salary range for this position is $23 / hr to $25 / hr. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract / temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
Requirements :
Proven experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in property management or real estate.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi Breeze is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.A positive attitude and a reliable work ethic.Previous experience with lease administration and document management is a plus.
