TITLE : T&E Expense Administrator
About the Position :
This position available is focused on auditing and analyzing expense reports to ensure compliance with the firm’s travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reimbursement policies.
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner with individuals across the Firm.
Specific Responsibilities Include :
- Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the T&E policy
- Address all inquiries and / or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve T&E related issues or queries
- Mine and analyze data to develop management reports
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties
- Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
Skills & Experience Required :
Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience2-3 years of experience in a collection ’ s role is strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and OutlookHigh attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to provide superior customer service and quick responses to inquiries
