Job Description

At CLEAResult, we launch dozens of new Energy Efficiency and Demand Response programs every year. Each of these launches require the deployment of new technology, new staff, and delivering operational guidance to the new teams.

This is a critical function that will likely touch all teams across CLEAResult and require direct support of our clients.

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Launch Project Strategist who will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy.

As the Launch Project Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring that new projects are effectively and efficiently launched to align with our Statement of Work (SOW) and exceed our client expectations.

The Launch Project Strategist will be the point person for all teams during the launch, until full operation is assumed by the delivery team.

• Implementation of new launch workflows, for multiple program types.
• Managing a robust process, with numerous stakeholders, to drive accountability towards numerous milestones.
• Manage all aspects of project launch activities
• Communicate launch statuses to regional team, Launch Director, and other key-stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that successfully resource projects and establish expectations, managing the project life-cycle, including strategy, design, development and implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure launch adheres to scope, budget and timelines as defined within the SOWs.
• Identify and report any project risks or dependencies that may occur throughout the project lifecycle and escalates issues appropriately.
• Administer engagements with clients during launch in collaboration with regional operational staff
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Successfully manage multiple priorities for several resources and projects at one time.
• Following each launch, evaluate the results and share learnings with the Launch Director, and implement Action Plans as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflict, manage differences of opinion, and communicate with all different personality types among team members effectively.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in EV or Electrical Project Management
