We are seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead our certified team of supervisors and technicians. This is an ideal role for a results-driven leader with a strong background in commercial services, mechanical trades, or technical operations management.

Position Overview

The Director of Field Operations will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 4 supervisors and 11 technicians, and ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of projects for commercial clients. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, vendor management, and business growth, while also supporting strategic initiatives to expand our services and markets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $90,000 – $110,000 per year
• Total Compensation : Up to $125,000 annually (with performance bonuses and incentives)
• Bonus Plan : Annual performance bonus (up to 20% of base), quarterly incentives, and project / expansion bonuses.
