Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our video-focused new business team within our Large Customer Sales organization. This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact. This role will be focused on driving net-new business with a prospecting mindset. As the first line of communication with prospective brands, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, nurturing new relationships, pitch presentations, proposal generations, and driving video investment.
Key job responsibilities
Generate advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding solution.
Generate a pipeline and influence buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
Establish credible relationships with ad agencies and advertiser decision makers.
Map account strategies, align resources, and match video products that best serve an advertiser's needs.
Hold sales calls with existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations to clients.
Basic Qualifications
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
3+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
