Summary
Reporting to the Director, HR Compliance and Shared Services, the HR Generalist (HRG) advances the mission, values, and strategic goals of Children's Health by delivering high-quality, enterprise-wide HR support with a focus on service excellence and operational consistency. The HRG operates within a centralized HR Shared Services delivery model, providing specialized HR support in the areas of Absence Management, Employee Relations, and HR Consulting. The HRG serves as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, HR partners, and other COE's, while providing guidance and support on moderately complex employee lifecycle activities and people issues, ensuring compliance with policies, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting employee engagement efforts.
