Human Resources Business Partner
Location : Seattle, WA, 98108
Duration : 3 months assignment
Pay Rate : $44 / hr on w2
Shift Timing (Day / Evening / Night) : 1st 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm
Role & Responsibilities :
Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Drives overall people / talent plan and initiatives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non-union, manufacturing or business functions.
Reason for Need : Support multiple ET&T HR organizations HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound. Prefer former Boeing HR employees to help attrition / LOA coverage.
Must Haves :
Boeing experience is a must have
10 years of related experience - HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national / enterprise organization
Ability to work independently
Must be able to hit the ground running
Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
