Location and Hours of Office

PHN 29 Saltsburg Rd. Clarksburg, PA 15725 NOTE : This position is for 40hrs a week with flexible time. PHN Jacksonville Health Center general office hours are :

• Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
• 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm
• NO WEEKENDS!

Compensation

Starting at $20 per hour (LPN : Licensed Practical Nurse) PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant and / or two years of experience in a clinical setting

OR

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
