Digital Asset Management Librarian

job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

As a Digital Asset Management Librarian, job duties include :

• Serve as the primary liaison between web, creative, media, and marketing teams to ensure seamless organization and archiving of assets within the DAM system.
• Upload, tag, and manage the lifecycle of assets within the DAM system according to established business needs and taxonomy rules.
• Facilitate the adoption of newly created content by regularly communicating with stakeholders about changes and updates.
• Compile and distribute a weekly "just published" email to relevant teams, promoting newly available assets.
• Oversee the upload and retrieval of English assets to the translation portal, ensuring completeness and consistency in formatting for translated materials.
• Manage the upload of video content and assets to our YouTube channels, ensuring accurate metadata and descriptions.
• Conduct monthly audits of assets to identify and archive old or outdated files and materials.

Skills :

• 2+ years' experience in Digital Asset Management or Digital Media Management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager & Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of video, image, and digital formats.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
