About the Role

A fast-growing, well-funded early-stage consumer health startup in NYC is hiring a Chief of Staff / Founding Ops to partner directly with the founding team. This role is designed for someone who wants to sit at the center of product, growth, strategy, and execution—working across every part of the company to accelerate momentum.

This is an onsite role in Midtown Manhattan (near Bryant Park) , immersed with the founders every single day.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own a mix of analytical work, operational execution, research, creative testing, and hands-on company building.

Examples include :

Growth & Marketing Ops

• Analyze the performance of short-form content, marketing scripts, messaging angles, and creative trends.
• Identify what resonates with different user groups—what tone, phrasing, or pain points drive virality and conversion.
• Run experiments quickly : if someone has a new creative or growth idea, you’ll research, plan, and test it within 48–72 hours.

Hiring & People Ops

Internal Operations

“Whatever it takes” Execution

You’ll frequently handle ad hoc work that ranges from strategic to tactical.

If the founders need support, you’re the first person they trust to get it done quickly and correctly.
