Job Title : Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Reach) – Inbound / Outbound

Location : Edgerton, KS 66021

Pay Rate : $19.50 / hr (temp-to-hire) ? $21.75 / hr once hired full-time

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (occasional Saturday OT possible)

About the Role

We're looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our growing team in either the Inbound or Outbound Department . This is a temp-to-hire role , and after 90 days of solid performance and reliable attendance, you'll be eligible for full-time hire with a pay increase to $21.75 / hr

This isn't your average warehouse job—you'll not only use sit-down and reach forklifts daily , but you'll also get the chance to be trained on heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, front loaders, tractors, excavators, and other construction and farming machinery

What You'll Do

Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently

Support inbound and outbound operations including staging, loading trucks, and organizing product flow

Perform accurate order picking and assist with inventory control

Receive hands-on training on a variety of heavy equipment , including :

Backhoes

Skid steers

Front loaders

Tractors

Excavators

Side-by-sides & other utility vehicles

Complete basic equipment checks and routine maintenance

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Extensive sit-down and reach forklift experience in a warehouse environment (required)

Dependable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work occasional Saturday overtime
