About the Role :

The Entry Level Billing Specialist plays a crucial role in the logistics, transportation and warehousing industry by ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This position is responsible for managing invoices, verifying billing information, and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial integrity. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly. By maintaining organized records and adhering to company policies, the specialist contributes to the overall efficiency of the billing department. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
