Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction | $85K-$125k+ | Madison, MS

A well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Madison county, Mississippi. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects. This individual will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure projects are priced strategically and executed efficiently from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for commercial projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to identify scope, materials, and labor requirements.
• Develop subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and value-engineering discussions.
• Collaborate with project teams to transition successful bids into project execution.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market pricing, and local subcontractor base.
