Overview

Social Media Manager (IG & FB) — Frost Buddy — Remote | Full-Time

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in the world of memes, cultural trends, and brand storytelling. You don’t need to be a videographer or photographer — we’ve got that covered. Your job is to :

  • Create viral static content (memes, graphics, text-based posts) that blend pop culture, internet humor, and Frost Buddy’s personality.
  • Align your creative with our marketing calendar (product launches, promotions, seasonal pushes).
  • Manage posting schedules on Instagram & Facebook, ensuring content is consistent, fun, and Frost Buddy-aligned.
  • Jump on relevant trends, holidays, and cultural moments that can be tied back to the brand.
  • Work with our internal team to keep content fresh, funny, and community-focused.

You’ll Succeed If You

  • Have a sharp sense of humor and live online (meme pages, trending sounds, culture).
  • Have graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar) to turn ideas into shareable content.
  • Understand what makes content go viral and how to adapt it to a brand.
  • Know how to use scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Pump out a lot of content all day everyday, stories, memes, statics, and engage!

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with community management (replying to comments, DMs).
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends (even if you’re not making videos).
  • Experience with memes.
