As a Retail Merchandising Assistant, you play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities involve effective communication, collaboration, and proactive follow-up.

Stock Merchandise :

  • Arrange products on shelves.
  • Ensure proper placement and organization.

Merchandising :

  • Assist with displays.
  • Maintain visual standards.

Inventory Management :

  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Communicate needs to the Merchandising Coordinator.

Cash Handling :

  • Accurately process transactions.
  • Use cash registers or POS systems.

Work Environment :

  • K eep the area clean and organized.
  • Customer Service :
  • Assist customers with inquiries.
  • Help locate products.

Team Collaboration :

Work smoothly with colleagues.

Adherence to Policies :

Follow company guidelines for merchandising, inventory, and cash handling.

Physical Demands :

  • Regularly talk and listen while performing job duties.
  • Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
  • Frequently lift and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds).
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment, and read technical information.
  • Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.

Expected Working Hours :

  • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Store Hours :
  • Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am 6pm.

Travel :

Occasional travel between stores, the Corporate Office, and customer locations.
