Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers solving problems efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone email and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Process orders returns and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
Provide information about products services and policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain customer records and document all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
