Estimator - Forney, TX USA

Salary $42K - $75K + Quarterly Production Bonus of up to $4.5k - $9k ($18k - $36k / YR)

Yearly Potential of $60k - $111k

Responsible for the full estimating and repair process ensuring quality repairs are made based on detailed instructions provided which meet our OE and I-CAR standards.

Essential Job Functions :

• Write concise and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries.
• Review process with the customer.
• Complete all repair orders ensuring DRP compliance and obtaining proper authorizations.
• Provide a complete and correct listing of all necessary parts for ordering related to a repair.
• Check-in vehicle upon drop off from customer.
• Prepare and ensure completion of the proper paperwork for customer packet.
• Provide communication including all vehicle repair statuses.
• Comply with all JHCC safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
• Document all communication with customers in the system.
• Total loss administration.
• Perform final quality checks on finished vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
