A company is looking for a Physical Therapist Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Determine medical necessity and clinical appropriateness of treatment

Develop and implement clinical policy and guidelines

Contact providers to address treatment trends and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of residence

5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in Adult Outpatient Orthopedic or Pediatric Outpatient settings

Ability to interpret guidelines and research in physical therapy practice

Experience in consultative roles with clinical and non-clinical professionals

Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools
