We're hiring immediately for an Assistant Store Leader Trainee role. If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience, we would love to talk with you. Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock.
