A company is looking for a Service Center Inbound FSR Team Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coaches and trains call center agents on sales and servicing techniques
Monitors agent calls and reviews key metrics to ensure quality standards are met
Assists in budget and departmental planning to drive innovation and improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Three years of similar or related experience
Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Symitar
Experience in Call Center Supervisory roles
Thorough knowledge of credit union policies and procedures in loan origination and new accounts functions
