The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Data & AI Strategy is a strategic, hands-on leader with experience building and leading enterprise Master Data Management, AI, and Automation teams. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive data governance strategy that enhances business intelligence, drives process automation, and delivers measurable ROI across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with deep technical expertise and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range

$136,000-$185,000 USD

Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment / compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
