Inventory Clerk

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Paramus, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inventory processes and supporting supply chain operations. This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update systems as needed.

Conduct audits to ensure inventory data aligns with physical stock.

Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory processes.

Create and analyze charts and graphs to monitor inventory trends.

Handle inbound calls and address inquiries related to inventory.

Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing to support inventory operations.

Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Assist in generating reports to provide insights on inventory performance.

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for inventory management.

Support the implementation of inventory management technologies and tools. Requirements - Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions, including Cerner Technologies and Epic Software.

Familiarity with financial services and supply chain processes.

Strong skills in auditing and data analysis, including creating charts and graphs.

Experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of clerical duties such as record-keeping and data entry.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
