Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq : CRWV) in March 2025.

What You'll Do

As the SVP of Product Management, you will define, own, and execute the product vision and strategy for CoreWeave's next-generation AI cloud infrastructure productsincluding AI / ML services, GPU & CPU compute, storage, and networking. You will lead and scale a high-impact product organization, working closely with engineering, GTM, and executive leadership to deliver cloud services purpose-built for AI / ML workloads.

The ideal candidate combines startup grit and zero-to-one product building experience with the ability to scale products to cloud-scale adoption. You should have a track record of bringing new technologies to market in high-growth environments and operating at scale within cloud or hyperscale infrastructure. Above all, you are passionate about AI and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale products that developers, researchers, and enterprises love.

About the Role

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the long-term strategy for CoreWeave's AI / ML, compute, storage, and networking cloud services, aligned with the company's mission to serve AI and high-performance workloads.
  • Zero-to-One Product Leadership : Lead the creation and launch of new products and services from concept to scale, with a bias toward innovation, rapid iteration, and customer validation. Apply startup and high-growth best practices to accelerate product-market fit in new categories while laying the foundation for future scale.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Expertise & Technical Product Ownership : Oversee roadmap development and delivery of products such as AI / ML training and inference services, GPU / CPU instance families, NVMe and object storage, and high-performance networking fabrics (InfiniBand, low-latency interconnects). Stay ahead of advancements in AI / ML workloads and their implications on infrastructure, shaping product direction through deep technical and market insights.
  • Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-caliber team of product managers across infrastructure domains. Establish a culture of technical excellence, customer obsession, and delivery accountability.
  • Customer-Centric Development : Partner with a wide range of strategic customers, engineering, and field teams to define and prioritize product features and infrastructure capabilities tailored to the needs of AI researchers, model training teams, and real-time inference providers to create highly differentiated products.
  • Market Differentiation & Positioning : Ensure CoreWeave's AI cloud is differentiated through performance, cost-efficiency, scalability, and developer experiencespecifically for AI workloads.
  • Operational Excellence : Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and SRE teams to ensure product SLAs, uptime, provisioning speed, and resource availability meet the demands of large-scale AI workloads.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with finance, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure successful product launches, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years in product management leadership roles in cloud infrastructure, including at least 7+ years leading PM teams across compute, storage, or networking domains.
  • Proven track record building zero-to-one products and scaling them in startup or high-growth environments, as well as operating at scale within a cloud provider or hyperscaler.
  • Deep technical understanding of AI / ML services, GPU / CPU resource provisioning, software-defined networking, storage systems (block, object, file), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Slurm, etc.).
  • Experience serving AI / ML use cases, including familiarity with model training workflows, inference performance bottlenecks, and workload optimization patterns.
  • Results-oriented : Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative product solutions in the AI and cloud space.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, with direct experience engaging with developers, researchers, and platform teams building AI-native applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and scale product operations effectively.
  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
