Join the Cloud + AI Infrastructure team who deliver one scalable strategy driven by local sales teams for data center customer transformation and growth. We are the worldwide go-to-market compute, data center networking, AI, and Rest of Cloud engine capturing market transitions while allowing sellers to expand growth for customers and Cisco. Alongside our colleagues, Cloud & AI Infrastructure builds the sales strategy, activates sellers and technical communities, and accelerates selling.

Your Impact :

The Sales Director of Cloud + AI Infrastructure leads the growth agenda by shaping and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that fuels demand, accelerates revenue, and elevates customer impact. This role drives sales through the design and execution of high-impact demand generation campaigns, tailored sales programs, compelling offers and incentives, and world-class enablement that empowers sellers and partners to win in the marketplace. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the director champions customer engagement through executive-level events and experiences, ensuring Cloud + AI Infrastructure solutions are positioned as the foundation for innovation and competitive advantage. This highly visible leadership role demands a visionary strategist and hands-on operator who can align execution to business outcomes, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results at scale.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years experience within sales, sales operations, strategy and planning or business development
• Sales leadership experience
• Prior experience in data center / Cloud + AI Infrastructure sales, business unit, marketing or partner organization roles.
• Experience in building a strategy and execution plan that supports sales goals and objectives.
• Experience working in a global organization.
