Job Summary : To work with the Finance Director in maximizing return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following :

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including reporting to Board of Directors
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position versus budget variance analyses
• Manage and perform overhead cost analysis
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs
• Assist in the preparation of budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data
• Maintain key information and metrics that will guide decision makers
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information for senior leadership
• Perform ad hoc analysis on financial activities
• Reconcile revenue and Accounts Receivable to the general ledger
• Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or senior management

Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications) : $64,000-$68,000 / year
