We are reopening Publik Kitchen after a long rebuild and are currently looking for a front of house manager to lead the team in a small, very busy breakfast / brunch restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of the brunch and coffee industry as well as the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for our employees and customers. Morning and weekend availability is a must, and the job is full time.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the front of house, including managing the host / hostess team, servers, and baristas.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train and develop staff to ensure excellent product knowledge, service skills, and professionalism
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food and beverages
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are on hand
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage scheduling and other administrative duties as required
