Job Title : Director of NASA Programs

As the Director of NASA Programs, you will be at the forefront of our collaborations with NASA, driving innovation and excellence in our civil space endeavors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage our NASA Programs team, ensuring successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NASA and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of NASA-related projects, from proposal development through to delivery and post-delivery support.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Drive strategic planning and business development efforts to expand our footprint in the civil space sector.
  • Monitor and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing civil space programs, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of the government proposal process, including experience with NASA contracts and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of space science, engineering, and technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
