Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Own cross workstream delivery and enforce critical path and inter team dependencies

Establish a single version of truth for scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies using Jira

Drive executive level readouts and escalate issues decisively when necessary

Required Qualifications :

10+ years in program / technical program management, with 5+ years leading multiple concurrent workstreams

Proven success in governing vendor-led delivery and re-sequencing work to unblock delivery

Experience in large scale transformations across telecom, billing, ERP, or enterprise integrations

Strong executive presence and ability to report directly to senior stakeholders

Proficient in Jira, capable of navigating multiple projects and analyzing progress
