Environmental Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Supervisor to lead environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and sustainability efforts across our site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal environmental regulations while fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. The Environmental Supervisor will supervise Waste Water Treatment Plant employees, manage hazardous materials, while also driving strategic sustainability initiatives. The position serves as both a compliance leader and a change agent for continuous environmental improvement.

What We're Looking For

(Qualifications - Education / Training, Experience, and Certifications)

• Education : Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in environmental compliance in an industrial, manufacturing, or municipal setting. Experience in managing union employees is a plus.
• Certifications :

Knowledge of EPA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and other applicable environmental regulations.
