Hospice Travel Clinical Team Manager RN
Description
The Travel Clinical Team Manager is a registered nurse who oversees the implementation, supervision and oversight of all patient care programs, achievement of both clinical and administrative outcomes, and professional and supportive services to clients in a safe, cost-effective manner at a designated service line branch.
The Travel CTM is responsible for the coordination of care during the plan of care benefit period, clinical practice, staff engagement, safety and the wellbeing of staff and patient care, for compliance of corporate standards as they apply to the overall mission of the organization under a temporary assignment.
The Travel CTM will receive temporary assignment from the Area Vice President or designee based on branch staffing needs.
