Job descriptionConstruction Experience : Prior experience in the construction industry is essential. Education : A degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not mandatory. Blueprint Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications is crucial. Meeting Management : Proficiency in scheduling and conducting meetings to ensure effective communication within the team. Flexibility : Must be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Legal Authorization : Must be legally allowed to work in the US. Self-Starter : A proactive approach and ability to work independently. Drive and Hunger : Highly driven, with a hunger to learn and excel in the construction field. Field and Office Presence : Comfortable working both in the office and in the field. Reading and interpreting plans and specifications. Scheduling and conducting meetings to ensure effective communication. Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Serving as a self-starter and go-getter in project execution. Learning and growing within the construction industry.
