Position purpose
This role acts as an integral part of the leadership team and is responsible for cultivating new business within commercial sectors.
Essential Position Functions :
Cultivating new commercial construction / renovation opportunities.
Continue existing relationships with the clients.
Working with the marketing department to develop and grow the clientele.
Meeting with the clients to access their needs and provide needed support.
Ongoing clientele support and development.
Required Skills :
Business Development relationship building experience.
Knowledge of commercial construction / renovation.
Strong Research Skills.
Strong communication skills and personal values.
