A company is looking for a Recruiting Agent (Contract).
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct structured video interview screenings with candidates
Evaluate candidate responses and make pass / fail hiring decisions based on established criteria
Communicate promptly with candidates regarding next steps and coordinate onboarding details
Required Qualifications :
Strong English proficiency
Ability to work 20-40 hours / week during designated hours
Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
