As an Elf, you'll be the heartwarming figure who greets guests and help both Santa and Mrs Claus. Elves also mingle throughout our enchanting event and are the only staff in the Enchant Maze. You'll delight in creating cherished memories for families and especially our tiny elf visitors, bringing the magic of Christmas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesHelping Santa's visitors have a memorable experience but at the same time allow the other guests waiting to see the big guy don't have to wait too long to see him. You will need to keep an eye on Santas hut and surrounding areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper decoration, and safe, stable setups.Greet guests warmly, manage VIP and general lines, and provide clear guidance for a smooth and enjoyable visit with Santa.Oversee guest interactions, including pre-show preparations, photo opportunities, and post-visit orientation, ensuring each experience is memorable and efficient.Collaborate with elves, photographers, and supervisors to support seamless operations, including queue management, rotations, and other event tasks.Ensure overall quality and safety by maintaining cleanliness, addressing incidents appropriately, communicating effectively, and upholding professional appearance and conduct.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.Excellent attention to detail to ensure the Santa area and operations are maintained at high standards.Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and willing to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.Experience in large-scale events, live theater, or themed entertainment with a creative approach to guest engagement.Passion for creating memorable, high-quality holiday experiences.
