Job description

Financial Due Diligence Manager

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.   • Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.

The Opportunity : As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, maintaining top-quality deliverables and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to thrive in a team setting, communicate effectively with both technologists and business partners, and drive client engagement workstreams.

  • What You Must Have :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Active CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in great standing, MBA through an accredited university, or CFA credential

    The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
