Responsibilities

• Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses
• Participates in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top‑level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
• Prepares detailed financial and analytical analyses to help clients evaluate acquisition decisions and financing requirements
• Uses various software tools as designated by the firm
• Interacts with other functional areas of the practice (tax, audit, consulting)

Compensation Range : $81,400 - $153,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
