Schedule & Shift Details :

• Employment Type : Per Diem
• Weekend Commitment : One weekend per quarter required
• Shift : Per Diem
• Stable, long-term patient assignments

Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily living activities , including personal hygiene and dressing
• Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Monitor vital signs, food intake, and hydration
• Maintain detailed, accurate care documentation
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Qualifications : Required :

• Washington State CNA certification OR NAR (must obtain CNA within 1 year)
• Valid AHA BLS Card
• Washington State Food Workers Card (or obtain upon hire)
• Reliable transportation, drivers license & valid car insurance
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• High school diploma / GED
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heaving objects (50lbs)
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
• Strong documentation & basic computer skills

Preferred :

• Experience in home health, hospice, or geriatric care
